SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING
Our primary shipping provider include UPS, USPS, and FedEX on all U.S orders. The shipment will normally be delivered within five (5) to seven (7) business days. Conditions with delivery time varies depending on chosen shipping method.
Rates are dependent on shipping address and are generated by UPS, USPS, or FedEX. Additional rates and charges may be applied at RUACH'S sole discretion that is applicable by local, state and federal law. All shipments originate from our distribution center located in Texas.
RUACH currently delivers to all U.S states except unincorporated organized territories (such as Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific).
Ground:
The shipment will normally be delivered within five (5) to seven (7) business days. Rates apply.
Three Day:
Orders must reach us by 5:00 PM CST and 3 Day Air must be selected in check-out. The shipment will normally be delivered within three business days. Rates apply.
Express or Second Day:
Orders must reach us by 5:00 PM CST and 2nd Day Air must be selected in check-out. The shipment will normally be delivered within two business days. Rates apply.
Overnight:
Orders must reach us by 5:00 PM CST and overnight shipping must be selected in check-out. The shipment will normally be delivered within the following business days. Rates apply.
Once an order is processed and shipped out, we will send you an email with shipping information and tracking number from our shipping provider. Follow the link in the email to check the status and estimated date and time of your order's arrival.
RUACH cannot ship to Post Office Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, freight forwarders, hotel, or motel address. We cannot ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, and all other U.S. possessions and territories situates outside North America.
PACKAGE PROTECTION
RUACH offers various package protection measures to ensure your order arrives correctly. All products are placed within our shipping box that is filled with packing fillers to ensure minimal disruption during package movement. RUACH also offers additional complimentary protection with Route to ensure protection of customer's shipment in case of lost or stolen products.

RETURNS
Sale merchandise is final sale. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or store credit on purchased sale items.
You may return any non-final sale product ordered on the INSPIREDBYRUACH.COM website for refund within fourteen (14) calendar days from delivery date. Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same condition in which it was received with all tags attached, and in the original packaging or plastic wrap (including, if possible, the original delivery box). The original invoice must be provided with any return.

YOU MUST CHECK THAT YOUR SHIPMENT IS CORRECT ON DELIVERY. IF THERE ARE ANY DISCREPANCIES IN YOUR ORDER, FOR EXAMPLE DAMAGED OR MISSING GOODS, WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER, YOU SHOULD NOTE THE NATURE OF THE PROBLEM BY HAND, IF POSSIBLE, ON THE DELIVERY NOTICE, AND SIGN. YOU MUST CONTACT US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, BUT NO LATER THAN TEN (10) DAYS AFTER RECIEVING THE DELIVERY. PLEASE KEEP ALL PACKAGING INCLUDING SHIPPING BOX FOR PHOTOS AND PROOF FOR CLAIM.
EXCHANGES
At this time, INSPIREDBYRUACH.COM purchases cannot be exchanged.
