The scrub can be used in the shower, bath, or as a foot scrub during a pedicure. Gently massage onto damp skin in circular motions, paying extra attention to rough areas. Allow to remain on skin for 30-60 seconds allowing the ingredients to not only exfoliate but also hydrate and moisturize your skin.  Rinse thoroughly to reveal soft, refreshed, smooth skin. For best results, use 2-3 times per week.
